Our tutor Christine Glover has been teaching yoga full time for 26 years and is a qualified Senior Yoga Australia teacher having trained in the system of yoga in daily life. As a senior yoga and meditation teacher her focus is on gentle yoga for healing body, mind and spirit.
In the 1-hour class we will practice relaxation, gentle movement for the joints, breathing techniques, postural yoga asana for strength and improved range of movement and meditation. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
Yoga can improve your strength, balance and flexibility. It can also relax you and therefore help you sleep better.
Concession pricing is only available to valid concession card holders.
Bring your own yoga mat.
You must buy a ticket online to attend this class. Bookings close the Wednesday before the class by 4pm.
