Boxing workouts improve your cardiovascular health, strength, balance and coordination.

KGV's boxing is a medium to high intensity class that caters to intermediate to advanced levels of fitness and abilities. Boxing gloves and inners are provided, however we do recommend bringing your own.

Bookings are required and open 2 weeks prior to the class. Book
