It's a chance for you to come and explore our light-filled space, our equipment, and most importantly, to meet our amazing team of instructors. We're passionate about Pilates and we'd love to share that passion with you.

We'll be available to meet you, run tours and answer queries throughout the day, so whether you're a seasoned pro or a total newbie, come and experience the beauty and benefits of Pilates for yourself.
