KGV's Cross train classes provide full body workouts that focus on strength, cardio and conditioning.
These classes cater for all fitness levels and are a great way to improve overall fitness, health and wellbeing.
A pre-exercise form must be completed prior to your first workout. Complete Pre Exercise Form

Bookings are required and open 48 hours prior to the class.
Covid-safe information
KGV has a Covid Safety plan for the gym including group fitness classes. Masks are required on arrival and participants must scan in using the QR Code.
