Pilates is designed to be physically and mentally challenging. Strengthen and stretch your entire body in our pilates class.
Instructors will incorporate various movements in every session to strengthen core, improve alignment, flexibility and posture.
Bookings are required and open 3 days prior to the class.
KGV has a Covid Safety plan for the gym including group fitness classes. Masks are required on arrival and participants must scan in using the QR Code.
