Outreach fitness session

A fitness instructor from KGV facilitates a gym session with a warm up, some weight training and physical therapy exercises, all in a relaxed and chatty atmosphere.

You'll be required to complete KGV's online pre exercise form  prior to starting the program. If you answered "yes" to any of the health conditions listed on the page, it is recommended that you seek medical clearance before participating.
