Looking to improve your cardiovascular health, strength and coordination into your 50s and beyond?

Try this medium intensity, non-contact fitness class.

It's based on boxing training methods and incorporates boxing combinations and bodyweight exercises, typically in a circuit format. 

  • Benefits: Excellent for stress reduction, weight loss, fat burning and toning the whole body.

  • Workout structure: Combines aerobic and anaerobic, often featuring interval training to maximise calorie burn.

  • Activities: Uses boxing equipment like gloves and pads, but focuses on technique and fitness.

  • Who is it for? Suitable for over 55s

  • What to bring: Gym wear, water and a towel.
