Australian Sports Program at Perry Park for Youth Week

When

Friday 19 April from 3pm to 6pm

The Australian Sports Program provides an opportunity for individuals to learn about Australian culture through sport. As part of Youth Week the program will target youth specifically aged between 12-24 years with a continued focus on international students, refugees and young people seeking asylum who are new to the country. The Aussie Sports Program aims to demonstrate the importance of sport to Australian society.

The day's program includes theory and practical elements in a fun, inclusive and active environment.

Free to attend.

Free lunch provided.

Come and play iconic Australian sports such as:

  • AFL, Basketball, Cricket, Hockey, Netball, Rugby League, Soccer & Volleyball

  • All youth aged 12-24 are welcome.

  • Learn new skills, meet new friends, network and play in social matches.

  • Improve your health and well-being.

  • Opportunity to gain work experience in the sports industry.

  • Connect with your local sport(s) club.

  • All playing equipment and coaches provided.
