When

Tuesday 4 March from 11am to 1pm

As part of Seniors Festival, Perry Park will be partnering with Walking Football NSW to host a 'come and try day' where older adults can come and test their soccer skills and experience a lower impact version of the game.

Played on a smaller field with less players, walk soccer is suitable for all levels of ability and fitness, from people who are returning to sport after a break or those who’ve never played before. It's so important as we get older to keep active and walk soccer is the perfect way to stay healthy and have fun while exercising.
