Rejuvenate your body and mind with these ancient practices that promote balance, flexibility, and inner calm. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike!

Instructed in Chinese, but everyone is welcome to follow along.

  • 8 Brocades Qigong Practice: Gentle, flowing movements to enhance energy flow, relieve stress, and improve overall health.

  • Yang-Style Tai chi 24 Form: A simplified sequence and graceful movements that cultivate relaxation, coordination, and mindfulness.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

The Ron Williams Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computers, wifi, snooker and table tennis, tea, coffee, biscuits, and books to borrow. See the full program.
