We invite you to join this advanced Thursday tai chi class taught by Fiona Black, a master trainer for Dr Pau Lam's Tai Chi for Health programs and a Kung Fu Wushu Australia accredited instructor. Fiona has been teaching at the Rex Centre for 20 years.
As a tai chi student, you'll know that this slow, meditative form of movement has many proven health benefits, such as improved balance, strength, flexibility and mobility. It is based on Chinese qigong and martial art techniques from thousands of years ago.
