Love tai chi and would like a regular practice session? We invite you to join this advanced Thursday tai chi class taught by Fiona Black, a master trainer for Dr Pau Lam's Tai Chi for Health programs and a Kung Fu Wushu Australia accredited instructor. Fiona has been teaching at the Rex Centre for 20 years.

As a tai chi student, you'll know that this slow, meditative form of movement has many proven health benefits, such as improved balance, strength, flexibility and mobility. It is based on Chinese qigong and martial art techniques from thousands of years ago.

The class is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. Discover what your body is capable of doing. Learn to move easily. Experience inner stillness.

If you are a beginner, see the Thursday Tai Chi class for beginners which is also held at the Rex Centre starting at 9am.
