Adult: $10 Concession: $5

The exercises incorporate moves that focus on balance, strength, flexibility and mobility. Led by a qualified teacher, the program is sensitive to individual needs and level of physical ability.

Community transport is available for eligible people, please contact us on 02 9265 9116 to arrange.

The Cliff Noble Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computer use, photocopier/scanner, wifi, table tennis & tea/coffee/biscuits, plus many weekly activities like computer help, craft groups, gentle exercise, tai chi & creative writing.
