Staying healthy in winter talk in Cantonese

This free information session in Cantonese is presented by Diversity Programs and Strategy Hub, Sydney Local Health District.

This seminar will cover the topics include:

  • Stay up to date with your flu and Covid booster vaccinations

  • The importance and the benefits of vaccinations

  • Who's at high risk of getting the flu virus

  • How to protect yourself and others

  • Maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Afternoon tea will be provided.
