Wednesdays, 12:15pm to 1pm Wednesday 10 January to Wednesday 19 June
This 45-minute high intensity class is a full body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt and core.
It's an intense workout to start your day out right and have you leave class feeling great.
