St Helen's community clothes swap
- Friday 9 October from 10am to 11:30am
Clothes swapping is a clever and thrifty way to refresh your wardrobe, save money and help fight textile waste.
On the day, bring up to 5 items of clothing in good condition. These will be checked for suitability and exchanged for tokens between 10am and 10:15am.
Each token can be swapped for 1 item of clothing or accessory during swap time. Doors will open for the swap at 10.30am.
If you can't find your size or clothes you'd like to swap you can share your tokens with others.
If alterations are needed, stay for our sewing and mending workshop at 12.30pm!
While waiting for the swap to begin visit Glebe Library, enjoy the community gardens or grab a coffee from one of the many cafes across the road.

The St Helen's Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. Pop in for a tea or coffee and a chat.
