Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo will be pairing the electrifying atmosphere and sublime views with a bespoke four-course menu.
You’ll savour signature dishes including smoked swordfish, lamb terrine with rosemary infused jus and green tea tiramisu with caramelised hazelnut.
Set against the backdrop of sparkling Sydney Harbour, the Melbourne Cup will be broadcast live and loud on premium television screens, so you won’t miss a moment!
