As the light spectacle illuminates the sails of Sydney Opera House, ignite your senses with a vibrant rainbow ganache with Yuzu mandarin mousse and almond frangipane.
The sumptuous Vivid Dinner Menu will light up the night sky at Altitude from 26 May 2023 until 17 June 2023.
