Head Pastry Chef, Kumiko Endo, has lovingly created a three-tier tower brimming with sweet and savoury delights, including a raspberry opera cake with rose water cream, along with a vanilla pecan cookie choux with white chocolate diplomat and pecan praline.
Plus, your mum will adore reimagined high tea bites like applewood smoked beef brisket with blue cheese aioli and onion jam on a brioche bun, Hiramasa kingfish sashimi and dry-aged duck breast crepes with hoisin, beetroot, and cucumber.
To complete the experience, she’ll indulge in a selection of hot roaming canapés, including Manchego and raisin croquettes and salt and pepper calamari.
And, don’t forget the warm scones with clotted cream and house-made jam.

Mother’s Day High Tea on Level 36 will take place on Saturday 11 May and Sunday 12 May 2024 in two seating times from 12pm until 2pm and 2:30pm until 4:30pm.
Priced at $125 per person in the main dining room for tea and coffee pairing, $135 per person for a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, $155 including a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne and $165 for free-flowing sparkling wine.
Priced at $149 per person at a window table for tea and coffee pairing, $159 per person for a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, $179 including a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne and $189 for free-flowing sparkling wine.
