Be mesmerised by Sydney’s iconic landmarks, Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge, dancing in the light and sounds, as you float sky high above the vibrant display.

Let our experienced mixologists ignite your night with our signature Elysian Empyrean Elixir combining blood shiraz gin, rosemary, apricot, Campari and mango vermouth in a mesmerising smoked cloche. 

Or immerse yourself in a world of tantalising colours and flavours with our Luminary Libation with Grey Goose vodka, pink peppercorn, blackberry, salted grapefruit soda, peach liqueur and gold glitter, which will leave you in awe.

For a grand finale, indulge in our Pandora Potion, a masterpiece of Glenfiddich 15-year whiskey infused with apple, cinnamon, liquorice, and Maraschino liqueur, served with an enchanting LED light coaster.

The exclusive Blu Bar Vivid cocktails are priced at AUD 39 each and will be available from 24 May to 15 June 2024 from 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm daily.

A minimum spend of AUD 199 per person applies for a guaranteed window table.
