Ignite your taste buds with savoury bites including kangaroo tartare with Shinshu miso-cured egg yolk and wattleseed tuile, Glacier Toothfish 51 with Fremantle baby octopus and roasted fennel dressing, and Brooklyn Valley striploin with pickled shiitake and thyme truffle jus.
Taste the technicolour with dazzling desserts such as a blue apple pie macaron with cinnamon butter, and a raspberry cookie choux with raspberry chocolate crème diplomat, raspberry crisp, and gold leaf.

Priced at $149 per person for the main dining room, or priced at $199 for a window table.
