This fun and informative workshop invites you to combine journal writing and mindfulness techniques as a positive approach to support you to achieve your goals and intentions.

Come to one or all workshops that are facilitated by author and mindfulness teacher Walter Mason.  Walter will lead participants through short exercises in reflection and writing.

  • Learn the history and uses for journaling

  • Gain self-confidence

  • Improve writing and communication skills

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Find inspiration

  • Strengthen memory
