This workshop invites you to combine journal writing and mindfulness techniques as a positive approach to support you to achieve your goals and can keep better track of your intentions.
Come to one or all workshops that are facilitated by author and mindfulness teacher Walter Mason. Walter will lead participants through short exercises in reflection and writing.
