Free tai chi classes to suit all age groups. Join others in a friendly and accepting environment with regular beginner classes.

Health benefits include improved circulation, balance and posture, increased strength and flexibility, and reduced stress.

Feel free to drop by any of our classes and meet our instructors. Everyone is welcome.
