Join us for an immersive meditative experience with stunning views from Double Bay Wharf. This journey is designed to guide you into deep relaxation, tension and pain relief, and inner balance. We guide you into an effortless state of relaxation with Myofascial Release, Yin Yoga & Breathwork weaving a tapestry of sounds.
This unique combination creates a deeply healing experience—nurturing your body, energy, and mind all at once:
Myofascial Release/ Self-Massage –Relieve neck, shoulder, back & hip tension as well as tight knots with massage balls & yoga blocks
Yin Yoga – Meditative gentle stretches designed to reverse desk posture,calm the mind in stillness, and serve as a gateway to meditation.
Breathwork - Integrated throughout the session to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting you to rest and digest state.
Sound Bath – Immerse into deeper relaxation tapestry of sounds from crystal bowls, rainsticks, chimes to ocean drums during Yin Yoga and Savasana

In a stunning location with a limited group of max. 22 participants, you can expect personalized attention.
Doors open 10 minutes before the event starts and will be locked once the event has started - please be on time to not disturb the group!
Please bring the following items to ensure you are comfortable:
warm comfortable clothing
yoga mat
blanket
pillow and/or bolster (if you wish)
Please ensure that you bring WARM CLOTHING and a BLANKET for shivasana as it can get cool in the evening.
