Silvester’s Restaurant is launching a gastronomical degustation experience that will take guests on a culinary journey over three interactive winemaker dinners.
The Winemaker series will be an immersive experience featuring a degustation menu and wine pairing that is carefully curated by Silvester's Michelin Star-trained chef Raphael Szurek together with Robert Oatley’s Darren Jahn.
Guests will be treated to an immersive experience and flavourful five-course degustation menu of contemporary Australian cuisine, showcasing global influence. At each event, you’ll discover Robert Oatley Wines are a perfect pairing with Silvester’s cuisine – from a moreish mouthful of Hiramasa Kingfish Crudo, to the delicious BBQ Aylesbury Duck Breast.
On the night, guests will be welcomed at Three Bottle Man with a welcome drink before continuing to dinner in Silvester’s. To end an immersive experience just right, guests will have the opportunity to test their knowledge in a blind tasting, before the dessert arrives.
