Autumn Afternoon Tea

Delight in the Autumn edition of our Signature Afternoon Tea, inspired by the dazzling array of colorful tones that appear with the new season and herald a cool change. The talented Fullerton pastry team has crafted an autumnal offering that combines bold citrus flavours with seasonal berries and cream.

Choose from two tiers of delectable sweet and savoury treats. Enjoy a Mont Blanc stone of vanilla mousse, a zesty quince and mascarpone tart, a yuzu crème bun, and a delightfully sweet taco of raspberry, lychee and white chocolate.

Progress through the afternoon to our savoury sensations with our confit duck pâté, salmon and crab roulade, wagyu bresaola sandwiches, prosciutto-wrapped cantaloupe and a medley of autumn vegetables as you unwind in the warm surrounds of The Bar.
