Picture yourself floating on warm water in a tranquil, indoor pool, surrounded by the soft glow of dim lighting, fairy lights, and candles.

What to expect:

From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with soothing music as you prepare for your self-compassion journey. Your session begins with a gentle poolside yoga stretch and flow with Aqua Sculpt, preparing your body and mind for the ultimate relaxation. Then, you will move onto our floating Aqua Sculpt boards, where you will lie back and relax on top of the water's surface and surrender to the vibrations of sound with Bess from The Bess Life.

Will I get wet?

No. You will not get wet as you float into the present moment, savouring the sense of calm, clarity, and inner peace. You will remain fully clothed throughout the experience, with no need for bathing suits. Our attentive staff will assist you onto your floatation board from the poolside, providing a plush blanket and eye mask, to ensure your comfort.
