Aqua Sculpt – Outdoor Floating Sound Bath Meditation

We invite you to drift into a state of pure relaxation with our unique immersive floating sound bath experience on the ocean at Bellamy Beach, Rose Bay.

Experience Required:

None. No sound bath or meditation experience required, simple be ready to relax.

What to expect:

From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with soothing music as you prepare for your self-care journey. We will provide you with an eye mask, pillow and blanket and our Aqua Sculpt team will assist you onto your board.

Q&A

• Where is the event located? Bellamy Beach in Rose Bay Sydney. It’s a beautiful, secluded cove besides The Boathouse Rose Bay.

• Will I get wet? You will remain fully clothed throughout the experience and only your feet and ankles should get wet. Our attentive staff will assist you onto your floatation board.

• Will my board drift away? Absolutely not! Our boards are anchored so that they float and ripple but they will not float away.

• How far out do the boards go? Not very deep at all, around 1-2 foot deep. As you can see from the image, the boards are anchored close to the shoreline.

• Will I get cold? No you will be provided with a blanket to ensure your comfort.

• Can I bring my own eye mask? You are more than welcome to bring your own eye mask or you can use the one that we will provide along with your blanket and pillow.
