Thursday 14 September from 11:30am to 1pm
To help acknowledge the importance of mental health and dealing with the stressors associated with everyday life, Juanita Nielsen Community Centre is offering a morning tea and a special 60-minute sound bath meditation session as part of R U OK Day 2023.
Instructor: Tara D'cruz-Noble
This session will focus on letting some light into the heart and mind space. This guided meditation will be shared to quieten the chatter of the mind. The soothing sound of singing bowls will complete the practice. Throughout this session, you will have the pleasure to lie immersed in blissful brain-entraining frequencies of the singing bowls, which work to relax the two hemispheres of the brain and ground your entire being into balance.
Doors will close at 12pm – no late admissions
