Mid-week mobility for healthy joints

When
  • Wednesdays, 2pm to 3:30pm
  • Wednesday 11 September 2024 to Wednesday 25 September 2024
Cost

Free

Come beat the afternoon slump with a free, guided mobility routine.

Chronic pain specialist Ben Wong from Kaizben will guide you through different movements for every joint from your neck all the way down to your toes.

Expect some joint relief, some education, a little bit of sweat and some good vibes.

Learn 'movement snacks' that you can implement during your workweek to maintain joint health, alleviate chronic pain and prevent damage from long hours in front of a computer.

Suitable for all ages 18 years and over: whether you have existing pain, or inhibitive workwear, adjustments will be made to accomodate your body.

  • Bookings are essential.

  • You must also complete an online waiver before attending your first session.

  • Please bring your own water bottle and yoga mat. Shoes off is encouraged.

  • Stick around at the end for Q&A about chronic pain, and how to better navigate your workplace environment.

Special event announcement - Wednesday 11 September

Instead of mid-week mobility and chronic pain Q&A, I will give a short presentation on how to have more connected conversations, followed by a facilitated open-forum conversation with other participants. I will be bringing my custom-made conversation cards that get strangers to feel like friends after only 3 questions!

Join us in raising mental health awareness, and helping those in our communities feel seen and heard.

If you book for Wednesday 11 September, please note this is the only week that will deviate from the regular mobility and chronic pain programming.
