Thursday 26 October 2023 from 10am to 12:30pm
You are warmly invited to a free information session on how you can age with vitality and good health!
This event will provide you with important tips on how to better care for yourself – physically and mentally – as you progress on your ageing journey.
Older women have to fulfil so many roles, including being carers, having work commitments and trying to keep on top of all that life throws at us. We can all benefit from taking a few minutes to stop and learn some tips on how to strengthen the foundations of our health.
Sign up for our Women's Healthy Ageing Forum and learn how you can feel vital and strong and ready to live an active and full life as you age. There will be information tables for you to browse for services and programs available for older women!
Enjoy our expert panel followed by an opportunity for Q+A. The panel will moderated by OWN NSW Ambassador Caroline Baum.
