Gentle exercise is a great way to improve physical flexibility and strength in a small group environment.
The program is especially designed to suit older people and people with mobility and balance issues. It is run by a qualified teacher who is sensitive to your needs and level of physical ability.
The class is relaxed and friendly. We welcome newcomers.
