Firepop x White Bay Beer

Firepop is back at Rozelle's craft beer gem for their regular pop-up!

Expect their cult classics and limited release items on the menu. Make sure to get a few different things, the 'OG' lamb, Sweet As _pork belly and _the Butter Wagyu are an absolute must! And don’t forget to grab one of those Sugar x Cheese or Sugar x Salted Caramel corn ribs - “spectacular” is the word on the street on these ones! Or better yet, go for their tasting menu and you'll try one of everything fresh of the grill.

Award-winning pop-up also known as one of 10 tastiest food trucks in Sydney (although technically not a truck!), Firepop is a mobile restaurant with a focus on cooking with fire. Particularly, skewers (or pops as they call them!) - delicious morsels of wholesome local ingredients pierced onto bamboo skewers and grilled over charcoal. They are similar to Yakitori in size and presentation, whilst flavours are all quite distinct and inspired by various cuisines. Juicy on the inside, perfectly caramelised on the outside. Absolutely perfect with a glass of cold beer. Or two!

Hosting Firepop is White Bay Beer - a brewery based at transformed dilapidated steel works on Rozelle’s waterfront. Where there was once dust and racking now stands a brewhouse and fermenters. Where trucks were once undoubtedly loaded with massive, freshly formed steel beams now sits a canning line. With numerous beers on tap and a selection of wine, there's something for everyone. Their lager is a must, so are their seasonal special release beers.
