Care finder information session

Some older people need extra, intensive support to access aged care services and other supports in the community.

In these situations, a care finder may be able to help.

Care finders is a free Australian Government service. It exists to support vulnerable people to learn about, apply for and set up support services to help them continue to live independently, in their own home.

There will be time for Q & A.

Light refreshments will be available.

Bookings are essential.

All welcome. Bus transport available for eligible people.
