Care finder information session

Some older people need extra, intensive support to access aged care services and other supports in the community.
In these situations, a care finder may be able to help.
Care finders is a free Australian Government service. It supports vulnerable people in learning about, applying for and setting up support services to help them continue to live independently, in their own home.
There will be time for Q & A.
Light refreshments will be available.
All welcome. Bus transport available for eligible people.

The Ron Williams Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computers, wifi, snooker and table tennis, tea, coffee, biscuits, and books to borrow. See the full program.
