Bondi Beach Bootcamp & Ice Baths for World Schizophrenia Day

Come join us for a special bootcamp session on Bondi Beach in honour of #WorldSchizophreniaDay.
Get ready to break a sweat, meet new friends, and support Research Schizophrenia Charity.
The workout will be led by Dylan Rivier, a seasoned fitness expert with over a decade of industry experience. Everyone's welcome as the session will be suitable for all abilities.
Don't forget to bring your swimmers for a post-workout dip in the ice bath.
All proceeds from the event will go directly to Research Schizophrenia, an organisation dedicated to financing research into the nature, causes, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of schizophrenia.
You will receive a protein-filled goodie bag after the event.
