You will learn to practice safely and will develop a solid understanding of fundamentals.
The course is designed to build slowly from the ground up. This 4-week course equips students with everything they need to be informed and confident in their yoga practice.Students are guided at all times and offered very skilful modifications if needed. Once completed, students have all the competence and necessary information to attend open-level classes.
