Our four-week Beginners Course is designed for people who want to learn yoga properly: with clarity, understanding, and a real sense of how the body works. Rather than moving quickly through sequences, we teach the foundations—posture, breath, alignment, structure—and show how these elements connect so you can practice with intelligence, not guesswork.
Across eight sessions (two evenings each week), you’ll work in a small group with experienced teachers who give clear instructions, hands-on guidance when helpful, and enough space for you to move, observe, and understand what you’re doing.
What makes this course distinct is our emphasis on comprehension. You won’t just “follow along”; you’ll learn how your body aligns, how breath supports movement, and how to work safely and effectively. This means that by the end of four weeks, you won’t only feel more confident—you’ll actually know what you’re doing.
You’ll leave the course with a grounded sense of the fundamentals, an understanding of how to approach open-level classes, and a practice you can continue with clarity and confidence.
