The BALMORAL SWIM is on again this year.
The Balmoral Swim is a favourite on everyone’s swim calendar, a unique open water swim held within the beauty of Sydney Harbour, making it a fun event for all comers, whether you are new to ocean swimming or a seasoned veteran, there is an event for you, making it fun for all.
Changes to the swim will ensure COVID-SAFETY. This year’s event will be run over three weekends.
28 March – 5km, 2km and 1km Ocean Swim
Only 450 swimmers across the three distances – GET IN EARLY SO YOU DON’T MISS OUT – register here.
14 March – Balmoral Team Challenge
4 swimmers each swim 200 mts – for more information.
21st March – Schools Challenge Relay
3 divisions, Senior, Intermediate and Junior. 4 Swimmers each swim 200 metres – for more information

The BALMORAL SWIM aims to help raise over $100,000 for Children’s Cancer Institute. Take your swim to the next level by supporting research to eliminate children's cancer. Setting yourself a personal challenge is a great way to help those who need it.

COVID SAFE
We’ve been monitoring and taking into consideration all NSW Health Orders and working closely with Mosman Council to ensure your safety at this year’s event. To ensure participant and community safety we have made some changes.
Only online entry is available
Participant numbers will be capped for the event
Reduced wave capacities to allow for social distancing
Physical distancing at check-in and at the race start
Covid marshals will be on duty throughout the event to remind swimmers of social distancing requirements
Swimmers will be allocated to a wave and will be required to marshal in an area dedicated to each wave with staggered wave starts
There will be no formal presentation and swimmers will be encouraged to move away from the vicinity immediately after completing their swim.
