Experience weightless bliss & deep sonic release. A gentle lead-in to a good night’s sleep.

Let go of gravity and float in delicate aerial hammocks as soothing frequencies from singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and gentle vocals cradle your body and spirit. Begin with a gentle guided meditation, drift into a cocoon of sound, then slowly return – end the journey grounded, gently reconnected, and invited to enjoy a piece of chocolate to round out your release.

The magic of floating in sound

Aerial sound baths offer more than relaxation– they invite you into a realm of emotional release, clarity, and deep inner peace. Many participants describe the sensation as being held in sound itself, weightless and serene. This gentle suspension helps quiet the mind, soften the body, and amplify the healing vibrations all around you.

  • Float in feather-light fabric – let the hammock cradle you as sound waves wash you in calm.

  • Sound journey – crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, voice, gongs, drums and more weave a tapestry of sound designed to melt tension and invite peace.

  • Experienced practitioner – led by Natalie Grace, a professional sound healer whose unique multi-instrument approach creates nurturing and transformative experiences for deep relaxation.

  • Grounding pause – reconnect mind and body afterward with time to settle and enjoy a small treat.

Need solid ground?

If hammocks aren’t for you, choose our discounted “with mat” ticket for a grounded experience. Select this option when booking.

Clothing & jewellery guidelines

The hammocks are made from delicate fabric, so please avoid wearing clothing with zips, buckles, or other rough details. Jewellery is best left at home especially pieces that may catch, such as stone or diamond rings – but we’ll provide a safe place to store it if you prefer to remove it at the venue.

Practical details:

  • Parking: Plenty of free street parking nearby

  • Transport: Close to North Sydney train station and Metro

  • Studio Access: Building access is limited on Sundays. Please wait at the entrance to be brought inside. You’ll be brought in approximately 15 minutes before the start of the event.

  • Accessibility: There is a short flight of stairs leading to the entrance, followed by a small lift. Some mobility is required to get into and out of the aerial hammocks. If you prefer to remain on the floor, the “with mat” option provides a comfortable grounded alternative.

  • If a seated experience is required, please check out our monthly Wednesday evening Sound Baths in Crows Nest, which are more accessible.

  • Companion Card: Sound Flow is a proud affiliate business of the NSW Companion Card program. If you hold a Companion Card, simply book a ticket for yourself – your companion attends free. While not required, a quick email to info@soundflow.com.au is appreciated if you’ll be bringing a companion so the space can be prepared comfortably.

Spaces are limited – book now to secure your spot!
