Join Master Breathwork Instructors Chris Sulfa of Align Breathwork and Michelle Dyball of Harmonise the Breath in this workshop that has been designed to introduce you to the power of your breath across a spectrum of breathwork techniques.

You will be shown how your breath influences your nervous system states, how you can manipulate your nervous system using your breath and how to use your breath to tap into stored, stuck and stagnant energy releasing what no longer serves you.

You will walk away with practical breathing tools to implement immediately to help relieve stress, reduce anxiety, reduce depression, release tension, improve focus, drive, and motivation.

Connecting with a like-minded community you will be facilitated by Master Breathwork instructors and have an opportunity to connect, be seen, heard and supported along your journey.
