Stretch & Tone is a low‑impact class designed to improve flexibility, build muscle tone and help your body move more freely.

In this class, you’ll:

  • Tone and strengthen major muscle groups using controlled, low‑impact exercises

  • Improve flexibility and range of motion through guided stretches

  • Support better posture, balance and everyday movement

  • Reduce muscle tension and relieve stress

  • Enhance overall performance and lower the risk of injury

This class is suitable for all fitness levels and is ideal if you want a balanced workout that leaves you feeling calm, energised and mobile. We also offer GOLD Stretch & Tone sessions for people aged 55+, with exercises paced to support comfortable, confident movement.

Conveniently located in Sydney CBD, Cook + Phillip Park Pool offers Stretch & Tone classes on:

  • Mondays at 6:40pm

  • Tuesdays at 11am (GOLD 55+)

  • Thursdays at 10am (GOLD 55+)
