Stretch & Tone is a low‑impact class designed to improve flexibility, build muscle tone and help your body move more freely.
In this class, you’ll:
Tone and strengthen major muscle groups using controlled, low‑impact exercises
Improve flexibility and range of motion through guided stretches
Support better posture, balance and everyday movement
Reduce muscle tension and relieve stress
Enhance overall performance and lower the risk of injury
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and is ideal if you want a balanced workout that leaves you feeling calm, energised and mobile. We also offer GOLD Stretch & Tone sessions for people aged 55+, with exercises paced to support comfortable, confident movement.

Tuesdays at 11am (GOLD 55+)
