Walking Basketball is a great way to learn the skills of basketball at any age. Modified drills in a safe controlled environment which promotes balance, strength and hand eye coordination. FREE for senior's during Senior's Week.
It's a great way to improve your health and fitness and gain new skills while meeting new friends. It improves movement and assists with coordination and balance.
