Pilates is a low impact exercise class that incorporates breath focused movements focused on cultivating core stability, while lengthening and strengthening muscles.
The exercises are done on the floor or standing and are great for improving functional movement and posture. Options will be given throughout the class, so that you can practice in your own way, making the practice suitable for everyone.
Exercise within your physical limits to stay safe and injury-free. If during exercising, you become injured or exhibit signs of distress such as chest pains, you should stop exercising immediately and call 000 emergency services for assistance.
