Sharpen your boxing skills with our one-on-one boxing padwork sessions.
Every Friday – 15 minute sessions are available at 12:30pm, 12:45pm, 1pm and 1:15pm. You’ll get 3 x 3 minute rounds of personalised coaching to perfect your technique, boost your confidence, and add an extra challenge to your training.
Book your slot at reception or with gym staff to get started.
All levels welcome, no experience required.
Places are limited – running in August and September only!
