This myofascial release class introduces a safe and effective technique that involves applying pressure to your muscles and myofascial connective tissue to help relieve tension, pain and restore motion.
This class is specifically designed using props such as foam rollers and massage balls to find the body's trigger points and smooth out hard knots, returning the fascia to its normal fluid state. This class is great as either a recovery class after engaging in physical exercise, or prior to engaging in physical exercise.
