This slow to medium paced class combining movement and meditation is led by experienced tutor Ian Colvin.
No experience necessary.
Dress in comfortable clothing you can move in with bare feet or socks.

The Cliff Noble Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computer use, photocopier/scanner, Wi-Fi, table tennis & tea/coffee/biscuits, plus many weekly activities like computer help, craft groups, gentle exercise, tai chi & music & movement.
