These 1-hour sessions are medium/slow paced, meditative, creative, basic and therapeutic. With a variety of beautiful music, lots of stretching and authentic movement, sessions are open to all adults over 18, all genders, suitable for dancers and non dancers. Build strength, flexibility, balance, presence and have lots of fun.
Guaranteed to make you feel good in body and mind. No experience necessary but a basic level of fitness is desirable. This is not a teaching class, only facilitation, ideas and demos.
All at your own pace. Bring only enthusiasm and an open mind. No talking during the session please. We can talk over coffee after.
Dress casual, comfortable, with bare feet, socks or dance slippers.
