Mindful Dance takes the best of contemporary dance, blends in some mindfulness exercises and pilates style body work and sets it to beautiful, eclectic music.
This class will open you up and reconnect you with yourself in a safe and playful way. We take a theme each week such as 'breath', 'balance', or 'freedom', and follow a simple dance class structure with plenty of guidance, but plenty of space for individuality.
No experience needed, just a willingness to show up and have a go.
