Join us as we shine a light on men’s wellbeing with a series of free, uplifting events designed to support mental, emotional and physical health.
Friday 13 June:
11:30am – Morning Tea & Mental Health Talk (ACAP): Talk presented by Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP) on the importance of men's mental health and wellbeing.
12:30pm – Breathwork with Mark Moon (90mins): Reconnect with your body and calm your mind through guided breathing techniques.
Monday 16 June:
11:45am Sound Bath with Chiara (90mins): Relax and restore with the healing power of sound in this immersive session
People of all genders are welcome – take time for yourself and join us in supporting men’s health.
