Join us for a cuppa and chat as we explore thoughts and feeling about death, dying and end-of-life planning in a non-judgemental and compassionate environment.
Chat and learn about palliative care, death literacy, Advanced Care Planning and other topics in the end of life space.
Hosted by professional end of life doulas and preparedness coaches.

The St Helens Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. Pop in for a tea or coffee and a chat.
