To celebrate Women's Health Week we're hosting special events dedicated to the health and wellbeing of women and girls.
Monday 1 September Meditation workshop with Samantha 7:30pm to 8:30pm Register
Tuesday 2 September Women's only self-defence workshop with Master Alan 3:30pm to 5pm Register
From 1 to 7 September, women and girls can also take part in our regular fitness and creative activities for free access See the whole program on the What's On website. Registration is essential. To secure your spot for any of these activities, please email pyrmontcc@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au
Thanks to Belgravia Leisure, females can enjoy a Free 7-Day Wellness Pass to the Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre during Women’s Health Week (including access to the pool, steam room, sauna and aqua classes)

If you answered "yes" to any of the health conditions listed on the form, it is recommended that you seek medical clearance before participating in any of our classes.
