Come and celebrate Seniors Festival with a range of free activities for older adults from 10 to 16 March.
If you're aged 55 years and over, try out our gym, join a fitness class or play pickleball or badminton free during the Festival.
Group fitness classes
Gentle exercise – Monday 10 March, 11am to 11:45am
Seniors’ strength – Tuesday 11 March, 11am to 11:45am
Yoga – Wednesday 12 March, 11am to 11:45am
Body blast – Saturday 15 March, 10:15am to 11am
Casual pickleball
Monday 10 March, 9am to 11am
Wednesday 12 March, 9am to 11am
Friday 14 March, 9:30am to 12pm
Casual badminton
Tuesday 11 March, 7am to 9am
To participate in any of the scheduled classes and casual sport programs you need to book. Bookings open 2 weeks prior for group fitness classes and 3 days for casual sports. Create an account and book online or call the centre on 02 9265 9868.
To use the gym or attend a class, you'll also need to complete the KGV pre-exercise form online before your first session.
